The present invention provides an ultrasonic surgical tip for cortical bone removal for shortening an orthodontic treatment period, which is structured so that a cooling fluid can be more effectively supplied into a soft tissue where an ultrasonic stimulation is applied. The ultrasonic tip according to the present invention includes a body that extends between a proximal portion which is mechanically connected to a surgical hand piece generating ultrasonic vibrations and a distal portion reproducing the ultrasonic vibrations transmitted by the hand piece. The body has a curved portion between the proximal portion and the distal portion. A water outlet hole is formed outside the curved portion so as to discharge the cooling fluid for soft tissue cooling. Internal fluid piping is provided between the proximal portion in the body and the water outlet hole.본 발명은 냉각유체를 초음파 자극이 가해지는 연조직의 내부에 보다 효과적으로 공급할 수 있는 구조의 교정치료 기간단축을 위한 피질골 삭제용 초음파 수술기 팁을 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 초음파 진동을 발생하는 수술용 핸드피스와 기계적으로 연결되는 근위부와, 핸드피스에 의해 전달된 초음파 진동을 재생시키도록 되어있는 원위부 사이로 뻗어 있는 몸체를 구비한 초음파 팁으로서, 상기 몸체는 상기 근위부와 상기 원위부 사이에서 굴곡부(curved portion)를 가지며, 상기 굴곡부 바깥쪽에 연조직 내부 냉각을 위한 냉각유체를 배출하는 출수공이 형성되고, 상기 몸체 내부의 근위부와 출수공 사이에는 내부유체관로가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
