The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical gastroenterology and can be used as a surgical method for removing the gallbladder. The method includes performing a standard laparotomy, excretion and exposure of the gallbladder. Actually cryocholecystectomy is performed by cryoapplication of the body and neck of the gallbladder with a cryo-applicator D-20 or 35 mm with an exposure of 3.0-4.0 minutes. Upon reaching the state of local glaciation of the gallbladder, the process of antegrade cholecystectomy is performed with subsequent good identification and processing of the cystic duct and artery "ad massam". Further, for the purpose of the final chole- and hemostasis (if indicated, for the purpose of ablasticity), the cryoprocessing of the gallbladder bed is performed with an exposure of 1.5-2.0 minutes. Собственно криохолецистэктомия выполняется путем криаппликации тела и шейки желчного пузыря криоапликатором D-20 или 35 мм с экспозицией 3,0-4,0 мин. По достижении состояния локального оледенения желчного пузыря выполняется сам процесс антеградной холецистэктомии с последующей хорошей идентификацией и обработкой пузырного протока и артерии "ad massam". Далее, с целью окончательного холе- и гемостаза (при наличии показаний - с целью абластики) производится процесс криообработки ложа желчного пузыря с экспозицией 1,5-2,0 мин. Оперативное пособие завершается дренированием подпеченочного пространства полихлорвиниловыми дренажами.
