The present invention relates to a high pressure reactor for sterilization treatment which is formed to sterilize food using high pressure. Specifically, the present invention relates to a high pressure reactor for sterilization treatment in which the corrosion of a tension wire wound in a state that the tension is applied to the outside of a pressure vessel is prevented, and the safety is improved by applying the pressure from the outside of the pressure vessel. According to the present invention, the high pressure reactor for sterilization treatment of improved safety, which is capable of sterilizing food by high pressure treatment by winding the tension wire in a state where tension is applied to the outside of the pressure vessel, uses fluid to prevent contact between the tension wire and air to prevent corrosion, checks the condition of the pressure using the pressure changes of the fluid. The fluid has a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure so as to be pressurized from the outside of the pressure vessel.본 발명은 고압을 이용하여 식품을 살균처리하도록 이루어진 살균처리용 고압 반응기에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 압력용기 외측에 장력이 부여된 상태로 감겨진 텐션용 와이어가 부식되는 현상을 방지하고, 압력용기의 외측에서 압력이 작용하도록 함으로써 안전성을 향상시킨 살균처리용 고압 반응기에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명인 안전성을 향상시킨 살균처리용 고압 반응기는, 압력용기 외측에 장력이 부여된 상태로 텐션용 와이어를 감아 고압처리를 통해 식품을 살균처리할 수 있도록 이루어진 살균처리용 고압 반응기에 있어서, 유체를 이용하여 텐션용 와이어와 공기의 접촉을 차단하여 부식을 방지하고, 이 유체의 압력변동에 의하여 압력용기의 상태를 점검할 수 있도록 이루어지며,상기 유체는 대기압보다 큰 압력의 유체를 사용하여 압력용기의 외측에서 압력이 가해지도록 이루어진 것이다.
