PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel device configured so that the number of parts is reduced with light weight at low cost, and furthermore the attachment/detachment to existing mowing scissors is easy.SOLUTION: A wheel device W of mowing scissors S is configured such that base ends 7A, 8A of a pair of first and second scissor blade bodies 7, 8 are connected at the tip of first and second handles 1, 2 connected in a freely turning manner through a first shaft 3 in an intersecting portion through first and second universal joints 5, 6, respectively, and substantially the center of the first and second scissor blade bodies 7, 8 is made to intersect with each other and the intersecting portion is connected in a freely turning manner through a second shaft 9. The wheel device includes an axle 23 perpendicular to a connecting member 10 for connecting the first shaft 3 with the second shaft 9, and a pair of wheels 26 disposed at both ends of the axle 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
