PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare a diagnostic report.SOLUTION: A medical document preparation apparatus for assisting in preparation of a diagnostic report causes a display unit to display image information to be read, findings information, and diagnostic information, and correlations among the information, and determines the attribute information relating to attribute information acquired in response to a user operation, on the basis of association information which defines association among the attribute information sets.
