PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cone type edible container by a fried stock and a cone type edible container solving the problem that a fried bean curd floats up from a conical die in accordance with heating, and an odd-shaped conical edible container of the fried bean curd is formed as it is.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a cone type edible container comprising: an expansion step where a two-ply hollow triangular fried bean curd body is expanded from both the triangular faces to form an almost rhombic opened fried a cone formation step where the opened fried bean curd is wound around a conical die and is formed into a conical shape, and edge superimposed parts of the fried bean curd are clip-fixed a cone fixation step where an annular metal fitting is wound around the outer circumferential face of the cone of the conical fried bean curd into a conical shape so as to be covered and a firing step where the fried bean curd fixed at the conical die is baked with a dry heater. Further, in the cone fixation step where the annular metal fitting wound around the outer circumferential face of the cone of the conical fried bean curd is covered thereon, the thickness of the conical fried bean curd upon outer circumferential tightening with the annular metal fitting is controlled to a ratio of 0.5 or more and 1.0 or less to the thickness of the fried bean curd before the molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】加熱にともない油揚げが円錐型から浮き上り、そのまま異形な円錐形の油揚げの可食容器となってしまう問題があった。【解決手段】2枚重ねした中空の三角形状の油揚げ本体を両三角面から展開して略ひし形の開き油揚げを形成する展開工程と、開き油揚げを円錐型に巻き付けて、円錐形状に形成して油揚げの端部重合部分をクリップ固定する円錐形成工程と、環状金具を円錐形状の油揚げの円錐外周面に円錐状に巻回して被せる円錐固定工程と、乾熱器にて円錐型に固定した油揚げを焼く焼成工程とよりなり、しかも、円錐形状の油揚げの円錐外周面に巻回した環状金具を被せる円錐固定工程において、環状金具で外周緊締時の円錐形状油揚げの厚みは成形前の油揚げの厚みに対して0.5以上1.0以下の比率としたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
