The present invention comprises a procedure of spraying and sprinkling a weeding material composed of a solvent a non-selective penetrating weedicide which is non-selectively moved into the body of a target plant to inhibit the metabolism and growth of the plant, thereby defoliating the plant and a nitrogen (N) raw material for foliage fertilization of initial growth.
