PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheostomy tube equipped with a suction tube capable of reducing a burden on a patient as much as possible.SOLUTION: A tracheostomy tube comprises: a curved catheter 4 placed inside a trachea 3 a balloon 5 for fixing the catheter 4 inside the trachea 3 and a suction tube 6 whose portion from a suction port 6a at the leading end to an intermediate part 6b is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the catheter 4, and whose base end side is disposed outside the body of a patient. The suction port 6a of the suction tube 6 is located at the outer circumferential surface part opposite to the curve center of the catheter 4 outside the base end side edge of the balloon 5, and the suction tube 6 is formed in a spiral shape that rotates one quarter of a revolution around the catheter 4.
