The present invention is related to a lid opening structure and a physiological detecting device. The lid opening structure adapts to the physiological detecting device used for assembling on a lid of a container. The lid comprises a flange and a pivot. The lid opening structure comprises a first cover and a second cover. The first cover disposed correspondingly to the flange side and comprising an engaged portion used for engaging with the flange. The second cover disposed correspondingly to the pivot side. When the first cover has forced along the lid opening direction, the second cover resists the force of the lid opening direction so as to let the physiological detecting device fixed on the lid and open the lid of the container.
