摘要:
The utility model relates to medicine, namely, to auxiliary surgical instruments designed for fixing soft tissues in order to expose bone anatomical elements with a limited field of view and can be used in traumatology and orthopedics for surgical treatment on any segment of the musculoskeletal system. The proposed utility model is a surgical awl up to 19.0 cm long and 0.6 cm thick, which includes: an oval handle 7.5 cm long, 3.7 cm wide, with an inner ring 2.5 cm, which turns into a retaining a platform measuring 9.0 × 6.0 cm, with an awl at the end 2.5 cm long, where 1.0 cm is the size of the sharp part (Fig. 1, 2). The bending angle of the thrust platform is 150 ° (the bending angle is due to the need to hold a large array of soft tissues) (Fig. 3). The material for the proposed fixator is a titanium alloy that is biologically compatible with human blood and tissues (Fig. 1, 2, 3).Transosseous installation of the fixator is carried out with rotational movements or using a surgical hammer approximately 1.0-1.5 cm proximal to the upper edge of the acetabulum with a depth of insertion of up to 1.5 cm into the body of the ilium. Thus, it is possible to fix the gluteus medius muscle and fragments of the joint capsule, which prevent adequate visualization at a depth of the wound up to 16-16.5 cm and hold it for any necessary time, which contributes to the smooth implementation of further manipulations. This useful model can be used when performing surgical treatment on the bones of the pelvis, acetabular and trochanteric regions, has optimal dimensions for location throughout the entire depth of the wound, which does not interfere with the performance of surgical procedures, can be used to visualize bone anatomical elements located at different depths from 7.0 up to 16.5 cm, and also avoids the use of extended surgical approaches by creating an optimal view in intraoperative conditions.Полезная модель относится к медицине, а именно, к вспомогательным хирургическим инстру
