A duodenal internal covering membrane obtained from a biocompatible material consists primarily of a flexible ampulla portion (1) and a tubular portion (2); the ampulla (1) is positioned in the duodenal bulb and the tubular portion (2) can extend into the jejunum; the ampulla (1) includes a continuous elastic ring (3) which may be wave-shaped, V-shaped, stepped or crenellated, and may be of a shape-memory or non-shape-memory biocompatible material; the return angles at the peaks and troughs of the elastic ring (3) form single-loop springs (4) and are provided with anchoring hooks (5); the single-loop springs (4) at the lower edge loop around a recovery line (6); the upper edge of the ampulla (1) may be a wave-shaped, V-shaped, stepped or crenellated elastic membrane; the elastic ring (3) and ampulla (1) as a whole move in concert with the duodenum and duodenal bulb; when outside the body, the ampulla portion (1) and tubular portion (2) can be drawn in together, or folded into a spherical, tubular, capsular or spindle shape. The single-loop springs (4) are highly flexible, avoiding injury due to sharpness, and attach well to the recovery line (6) provided on them, and favour the anatomical structure and basic physiological functions of the duodenum.
