The radiation detector, when set in a photographing preparation mode, measures the distance from the subject, measures the separation distance from the radiation emitter when the distance from the subject is within a set proximity reference distance, and transmits a photographing allowing signal to the radiation emitter when the distance from the radiation emitter is longer than or equal to a set separation reference distance. The radiation emitter processes to emit radiation in response to an operation of the photographing button when the photographing allowing signal is received, and processes to prevent radiation from being emitted regardless of whether an operation of the photographing button exists when the photographing allowing signal is not received from the radiation detector.
