The application concerns a micrometer assisted fluid delivery device (5) comprising: a holder portion (132) comprising a main body (136) having a front face (138), a back face (140), a top (142), a bottom (144), two side walls (146), an interior channel (172), a syringe body channel (158), a syringe plunger channel (164) and a micrometer receiving aperture (176) which passes through the front face (138) of the main body (136) to the interior channel (172) of the main body (136) and_a micrometer (10) having a main body (12), an adjustment thimble (16) and a spindle (18), wherein the main body (12) of the micrometer (10) is received by the micrometer receiving aperture (176) of the holder portion (132), wherein the main body (136) of the holder portion (132) preferably further comprises a micrometer securing threaded aperture (180) which receives a screw which can be tightened to secure the main body (12) of the micrometer (10) to the main body (136) of the holder portion (132),wherein the front face (138) of the main body (136) of the holder portion (132) preferably has a threaded channel that receives a screw which can be tightened to secure a finger tab (26) of a syringe (20) to the main body (136) of the holder portion (132).
