cortical screw for zygomatic fixation system The present patent has as its object an innovative device applied in the anchorage system of dental prostheses, belonging to the field of dentistry, more specifically that of implant dentistry； The technique consists of attaching one or more osseointegration screws (1) directly to the zygoma (2) using screws (1) of adequate size, longer than the conventional ones, with previous surface treatment, together with a monoblock element (10). Angular adjustment, whose function is to provide the correct angle for the fixation of prosthetic elements or prosthetic platform in the oral cavity (12).parafuso cortical para sistema de fixação zigomática a presente patente tem por objeto um inovador dispositivo aplicado no sistema de ancoragem das próteses dentárias, pertencente ao campo da odontologia, mais especificamente ao da implantodontia； a técnica consiste em fixar um ou vários parafusos (1) de ósseointegração diretamente no zigoma (2) utilizando parafusos (1) de tamanhos adequados, mais longos que os convencionais, com prévio tratamento superficial, em conjunto com um elemento (10) monobloco de ajuste angular, cuja função é proporcionar um ângulo correto para a fixação dos elementos protéticos ou plataforma protética na cavidade bucal (12).
