PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hepatic cell carcinoma cell line or a cell cancer cell line which is a cholangiocellular carcinoma cell line that can increase the malignancy in the living body of an experimental animal, such as an immunodeficient mouse, and can engraft to an animal such as a wild type mouse, a method for establishing same, and an animal model of onset of primary liver cancer which is a hepatic cell carcinoma or cholangiocellular carcinoma.SOLUTION: The establishment of a cell carcinoma as a hepatocellular carcinoma cell line or a cholangiocellular carcinoma cell line a comprises: a step of making an animal, to which hepatitis C has been genetically introduced, ingest arteriosclerotic high cholesterol food and high neutral fat food a step of generating hepatic carcinoma in the liver of the animal a step of collecting liver cancer cells from the generated liver cancer tissue and a step of culturing the collected liver cancer cells. The animal model of onset of primary liver cancer that is hepatocellular carcinoma or cholangiocellular carcinoma is obtained by forming a tumor by establishing the cell cancer cell line and thereafter, engrafting the cell cancer cell line to the liver of an animal to which the cell cancer is to be engrafted with the same cell line, a different cell line or a different type.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】実験動物例えば免疫不全マウスの生体内での悪性度を高め、野生型マウスのような動物に生着可能な肝細胞癌株や胆管細胞癌株である細胞癌株、及びその樹立方法、並びに肝細胞癌や胆管細胞癌である原発性肝癌の発症動物モデルを提供する。【解決手段】細胞癌株は、C型肝炎ウィルスを遺伝子導入した動物に、動脈硬化性高コレステロール食と高中性脂肪食とを摂取させる工程、前記動物の肝臓に肝癌を発生させる工程、発生した肝癌組織から肝癌細胞を採取する工程、採取した前記肝癌細胞を培養する工程によって、肝細胞癌株や胆管細胞癌株として、樹立したものである。肝細胞癌や胆管細胞癌である原発性肝癌の発症動物モデルは、細胞癌株を樹立した後、同系統又は異系統若しくは異種で癌細胞生着用の動物の肝臓に、前記細胞癌株を生着させて、腫瘍を形成させることによって、得られたものである。【選択図】なし
