PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition applied on the skin which is gentle to the skin and contains components that facilitate skin care, and also to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The composition includes, as main components, dimethicone copolymer, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, cyclotetrasiloxane, dimethicone, cetyl PEG/PPG-15/15 butyl ether dimethicone, squalene, titanium dioxide and the like in a predetermined ratio, and also includes an accessory component, a second accessory component, and a third accessory component in a predetermined ratio. The main components, the accessory component, the second accessory component and the third accessory component are mixed, heated and dissolved according to a predetermined order.
