The present invention provides an artificial reef which can be simply manufactured to be suitable for mass-production, thereby providing economical efficiency. In particular, the shape thereof can be freely molded to be tailored to topography, thereby increasing space arrangement efficiency to improve utilization efficiency. The artificial reef of the present invention comprises: a pipe member formed in a shape of a pipe and a bracket having a through-hole at the center, through which the outer circumference of the pipe member is inserted and coupled to penetrate, wherein the pipe member is made from one of either a steel pipe or polyethylene and the bracket includes a bracket block made from polyethylene to have the through hole inside and a coupling means connecting and coupling the bracket blocks with each other, whose outer circumferential surfaces face each other.
