The present invention relates to a seedling rooting device using natural humidity and an LED device, which is installed in rooms constituting a green house, wherein the devices are mounted on a plurality of vertical members to be spaced apart vertically at predetermined intervals, thereby forming a plurality of rooms, and root grafted seedlings disposed in the rooms. The seedling rooting device of the present invention comprises: a plurality of grafted seedling holders joined to a vertical member to support grafted seedlings； shield cloth covering the whole grafted seedlings disposed on the grafted seedling holder while grafted seedlings are disposed on the grafted seedling holder, thereby forming space for growth of the grafted seedlings and keeping the humidity in the space for growth higher than the outside of the space for growth； and an LED device disposed on the bottom surface of the grafted seedling holder to face the grafted seedlings, thereby emitting light. According to the present invention, several pieces of shield cloth are used to form space for growth and a certain degree of humidity in the space for growth can be kept without a separate humidifier. In addition, an LED element capable of forming various wavelength bands is formed with a single chip to promote growth of seedlings.본 발명은 온실로 형성된 공간 내에 설치되며, 복수의 수직부재에 기설정된 간격으로 상하 이격되어 복수의 공간을 형성하고, 복수의 공간에 배치된 접목묘를 활착시키는 자연습도 및 LED 장치를 이용한 육묘 활착장치에 관한 것으로서, 수직부재에 결합되어 접목묘를 지지하는 복수의 접목묘 거치대； 접목묘 거치대에 접목묘가 배치된 상태에서 접목묘 거치대에 배치된 접목묘 전체를 덮어 접목묘의 생장공간을 형성하고, 생장공간의 습도를 생장공간의 바깥보다 높아지도록 유지시키는 차단막； 및 접목묘와 마주보는 접목묘 거치대의 바닥면에 배치되어 광을 제공하는 LED 장치；를 포함한다.본 발명에 의하면, 복수의 차단막을 이용하여 생장공간을 형성하고, 생장공간을 별도의 가습장치 없이 일정한 습도를 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 다양한 파장대를 형성할 수 있는 LED 소자를 단일 칩으로 구성하여 육묘의 생장을 촉진시킬 수 있다.
