The personal vaporizer has an atomizer module having a heating element and an atomizer cup that receives the vaporization medium. The flow module is removably attached to the atomizer module. The flow module draws in ambient air, guides the air into the atomizer cup and the vaporization chamber adjacent thereto, and the air is mixed with the atomized medium to produce steam. Steam exits the vaporization chamber through one or more outlet passages defined through the flow module.
