Provided is a substituted biaryl compound represented by the general formula (I) or its pharmaceutical acceptable salt. The compound of this invention has an excellent ability to inhibit the lung fibroblast proliferation, thus can be used as a treating drug and/or preventing drug for interstitial pneumonitis/pulmonary fibrosis.
