PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue work by easily achieving work cooperation.SOLUTION: A work vehicle includes: an automatic travel control unit for performing automatic steering a traveling vehicle and controlling a travel speed of the traveling vehicle corresponding to a travel scheduled route on the basis of the traveling vehicle with a work device connectable thereto, a position detection device for detecting a position of the traveling vehicle, the position of the traveling vehicle detected by the position detection device and the travel scheduled route; and a distance detection unit for detecting a detection distance between the work device and an operator performing work behind the work device.
