According to an embodiment of the present invention, the stretcher car to transfer the patient comprises: at least one transfer rail formed in a vertical direction by which a patient lies on a bed； a motor installed in a frame which is vertically fixated to a main frame moving on the transfer rail； and two arms connected to the motor while movement thereof is controlled by the motor.
