The present invention relates to a composition including DRG2 protein or an expression vector including polynucleotide encoding DRG2 protein as an active component for preventing or treating iron metabolism disorder； to a method for screening materials for preventing or treating iron metabolism disorder； to a method for preventing or treating iron metabolism disorder； and to a feed additive composition for supplying iron to livestock.
