PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing drinking water for treating cancer and the like which is configured to alleviate a disease, such as cancer, to rejuvenate or to maintain health by storing photosynthetic products, which are produced by photosynthesis in a chlorophyll contained in Euglena, chlorella, photosynthetic bacteria, and the like, and by taking in together with drinking water to enhance reduction action, the apparatus also serving as a fuel of a fuel cell.SOLUTION: The subject is solved by oxide semiconductor production processes, photosynthesis theory, and an ancient medical application. That is, an apparatus for producing drinking water for treating cancer and the like is designed considering the functions (such as acupressure, needle therapy, and moxibustion) of an ancient point (an intersection of electrons or a place where electrons gather) in human by adding 2He (H+H=electronic e+ positron e) of photosynthesis theory to chemical formulas, such as potassium/sodium/magnesium/zinc/iodine. This drinking water is considered to be useful for serving to promote autoimmune effect to cure diseases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 ミドリムシ・クロレラ・光合成細菌等に含有しているクロロフィルに光合成で発生した光合成産物を貯蔵させ、飲料水と共に飲食し還元作用を高めて、癌等の病を緩和して若返りや健康を維持しようと考えた癌等治療用飲料水製造装置である。 これはまた燃料電池の燃料にもなる。【解決手段】酸化物半導体製造過程と光合成理論と古代からの医学の応用で解決した。 すなわち、カリウム・ナトリウム・マグネシウム・亜鉛・ヨウ素などの化学式に光合成理論の２Ｈｅ（Ｈ＋＋Ｈ－＝電子ｅ－＋陽電子ｅ＋）を加味して、古代からの人間のツボ（電子の交差点か電子の集まる場所）の機能（指圧・針治療・お灸など）を考慮して考案したのが癌等治療用飲料水製造装置である。 この飲料水が自己免疫効果を促進して病を治す役目に役立つものと考える。【選択図】図１
