PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird pest control tool in which an effect is not deteriorated due to experience of birds to an installed pest control tool, even after time course after installation of the pest control tool.SOLUTION: A wooden sphere 1 is used, plural circular recess parts 2 are provided on an optional surface, circular magnets 3 are fitted and fixed to the circular recess parts 2, and hook-state attachment metal fittings 4 are screwed and attached to both ends corresponding to positions of bilateral symmetry of a center of the wooden sphere 1. Then, surface sides of the circular magnets 3 fitted to the sphere 1 are made a same pole, and a pigment including ultraviolet ray light emission property is coated to a surface of the sphere 1 for enhancing a short wavelength range of ultraviolet ray or near ultraviolet ray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】仕掛け後の時間経過によっても、仕掛けた防除具への鳥類の慣れによる効果の薄れない鳥類の防除具を提供する。【解決手段】木製の球体1を用い、任意の表面に複数個の円形凹部2を設け、円形凹部2には円形磁石3をはめ込み固定し、木製の球体1の中心の左右対称位置に当たる両端にフック状の取付け金具4をネジ込んで取付ける。さらに、球体1にはめ込む円形磁石3の表面側を全て統一した極にし、球体1の表面に紫外線及至近紫外線の短波長域を強調するために、紫外線発光性を持った顔料を含んだものを塗布したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
