Disclosed is a mechanical hole enclosing film pressing method for transplanting on a film. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: a first step: mulching a film on a film bed by using a film mulching device a second step: placing soil on positions on a mulching film and where crops are to be transplanted by using a soil covering device and a third step: perforating and transplanting at the soil covered on the positions on the film. In the second step, the pre-covered soil forms small mounds or a soil pressing strip on the film. After perforating and transplanting are carried out on the small mounds or the soil pressing strip, a sunken structure is formed at the position of a film hole. Because the covered soil is characterized by being loose, the covered soil can be refilled into the sunken structure under the action of gravity, an automatic hole enclosing film pressing effect is realized, and film holes at roots of the crops are closed.
