PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that there is no design specialized in NOTES of an edged tool itself since it is a novel and revolutionary surgery method even in the case of NOTES to be executed by two persons using together a single-hole type laparoscopic surgery in which an incision to an abdominal wall is narrowed to one part, a long diameter of a closed part to be a problem after a surgery increases, a digestive tract itself is narrowed or deformed causing a digestive tract movement closure, and that there is no device having a function of efficiently stopping a bleeding part of a digestive tract incision wound as a cause of major bleeding during incision, further.SOLUTION: A double inversion round cutter mechanism is provided for opening a precise circle with a round cutter with a circular blade tip with which cutter surface processing at a nano level is executed to guarantee sharpness so as to be safe and prevent tearing of an intestinal tract during NOTES executed by two persons during a NOTES surgery, and aiming at traction control for improving cutting efficiency of the round cutter. Further, a blood stopping and coagulating function to the round cutter for instantaneously stopping bleeding in an incision wound is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】腹壁への開創部を一か所に絞る単孔式腹腔鏡下手術を併用する二人で実行するNOTESの場合でも、斬新で革命的な手術方法であるが故に刃物自体のNOTESに特化したデザインを持たない。また、術後に問題となる閉鎖部の長径が拡大し消化管そのものの狭窄や変形を生じ、それによって消化管運動閉鎖を生じる課題も存在している。更に、切開時の大出血の原因は、消化管切開創の出血部を効率的に止血する機能を有するデバイスが存在しない課題もある。【解決手段】NOTES手術の中の二人で実行するNOTESの時に安全でしかも腸管が裂けないように、鋭い切れ味を保証するナノレベルのカッター表面加工を施した円形刃先のラウンドカッターで正円に開孔すると共に、ラウンドカッターのカッティング効率を向上するトラクションコントロールを狙った二重反転ラウンドカッター機構を設けた。更に切開創での出血を瞬時に止血するラウンドカッターへの止血凝固機能を設けた。【選択図】図2
