PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhered matter removal device for removing an adhered matter in a silo, particularly an adhered matter removal device preferable for removing an adhered matter at a ceiling part of the silo, and further an adhered matter removal device that can remove even a very hard adhered matter.SOLUTION: An adhered matter removal device 10 comprises: a main shaft 12 hung down into a silo S from a trestle 11 set at a center part of a ceiling of the silo S a tubular supporting member 14 that has the main shaft 12 inserted therethrough and pivotally supports the main shaft 12 movably in a vertical direction an adhered matter removal unit 20 for removing an adhered matter C a parallel link 18 that connects a tip part 12a of the main shaft 12 to the adhered matter removal unit 20 and an inclined link 19 that connects one link 18a of the parallel link 18 to the supporting member 14.
