PURPOSE: A dental casting metal alloy and a dental prosthetic material are provided to enhance palladium, silver, and indium content and to ensure excellent chemical stability and body compatibility. CONSTITUTION: A dental casting metal alloy contains 20-60 wt% of silver, 10-40 wt% of palladium, 15-35 wt% of indium, 0-10 wt% of each gallium, copper, silicone, or/and germanium, and 0-3 wt% of zinc, tin, iridium, rhenium, rhodium, ruthenium, lanthanum, osmium, or bismuth.
