A needle-free medicine injection connector is disclosed, which includes a covering part with an injection port, a connecting part with an inner cavity, a valve unit disposed between the covering part and the connecting part. When a syringe is attached into the injection port, the valve unit is compressed to change the state of close or open. Therefore it would lead to a flow of liquid without a non-positive or non-negative pressure effect. This would prevent the patient from suffering pain caused by traditional medicine injection. When the injection procedure is finished and the needle-free syringe is removed, a top slit and a bottom slit of the valve unit recover to the close state. It would not cause contamination because of the closure of the valve unit. The connector has the advantages of easy-to-use, effluent flow, and easy-clean.
