PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatilization container which can suppress outflow of excess volatile agent, maintain a volatilization effect for a long period of time, and suppress leakage of volatile agent to outside of a cover cap.SOLUTION: A cover cap 5 has a top wall part 41 which can be contacted with an opening end edge of an opening 3, and a surrounding cylindrical part 64 protruding at a portion located between an impregnation body 72 and the opening 3 among the top wall part 41 in a planar view seen from a container axis O direction. In the surrounding cylindrical part 64, a notch 66 parting the surrounding cylindrical part 64 in a circumferential direction is formed. In the top wall part 41 of the cover cap 5, a communication passage 71 which communicates with an inner part of a radial direction relative to the opening 3 and an outer part of the radial direction relative to the surrounding cylindrical part 64 is formed in a state where the top wall part 41 and the opening end edge of the opening 3 are in contact.
