A method for manufacturing a dual structure stent, which is one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the following steps: a first step of preparing an internal stent； a second step of forming a first coating part on the surface of the prepared inner stent； a third step of superposing an outer stent on the inner stent formed with the first coating part； and a fourth step of forming a second coating part on the superposed part and coupling the inner stent and the outer stent. In addition, the dual structure stent according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: an inner stent； a first coating part formed on the surface of the inner stent； an outer stent coupled to the inner stent formed on the surface of the first coating part； and a coupling part of the inner stent and the outer stent, wherein the coupling part comprises a second coating part.
