PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing device such as a breeding net, a fixed shore net and a rope being fish preserves, and to provide a technique for preventing a microorganism, a barnacle, pearl shellfish, brown seaweed, etc., from being deposited and grown on a surface such as a ship bottom.SOLUTION: Materials obtained by mixing a chlorine compound, pesticide, insecticide, disinfectant and the like in the inside of a polyethylene resin and the resin being a raw material of a filament, and powder such as metal being an inorganic substance are kneaded inside to form polyethylene fibers. A fish preserve network 1 for culturing tunas 3 is formed by using the polyethylene fibers, and thereby the deposition such as a microorganism, a barnacle, pearl shellfish is prevented. Also, the polyethylene fibers are pulverized, and then mixed with an organic solvent and used as a paint of a ship bottom, and thereby the deposition such as the microorganism, the barnacle, the pearl shellfish is prevented.【課題】生け簀である養殖網、定置網、ロープなどの漁具、および船底などの表面上に微生物、フジツボ、パール貝、およびワカメなどが付着して成長することを防止する技術を提供する。【解決手段】ポリエチレン樹脂、フィラメントの原材料である樹脂の内部に塩素化合物や農薬、殺虫剤、消毒剤などを混合させたものや、無機物である金属などの粉末を内部に練りこんでポリエチレン繊維を形成し、このポリエチレン繊維を使用して、マグロ3などを養殖する生け簀網1などを形成することで、微生物、フジツボ、パール貝などの付着を防止する。また、このポリエチレン繊維を粉砕後、有機溶剤と一緒に混合させて船底の塗料として使用することで、微生物、フジツボ、パール貝などの付着を防止する。【選択図】図1
