The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating neurofibromatosis, containing TNS3 gene expression suppression siRNA (small interfering RNA) as an effective component. According to the present invention, since the siRNA suppresses the expression of TNS3 gene, overexpressed in a tumor of a patient with neurofibromatosis type 1, the composition is effective for suppressing and treating a malignant tumor, and thus, the TNS3 gene expression suppression siRNA indicates a good effect in experiment on cells and animals. Moreover, the TNS3 siRNA composition is especially more effective for suppressing and treating a malignant tumor of neurofibromatosis type 1 when used along with ICE (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide) anticancer drugs.본 발명은 TNS3 유전자 발현억제 siRNA(짧은 간섭 RNA)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 신경섬유종증 악성종양 예방, 개선 내지 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 상기 siRNA가 제1형 신경섬유종증 환자의 종양에서 과발현(overexpression)되어 있는 TNS3 유전자의 발현을 억제함으로써 악성종양의 증식 억제와 치료에 좋은 효과가 있음을 확인한 바, 세포실험과 동물실험에서 TNS3 유전자 발현억제 siRNA가 좋은 효과를 나타내었으며, 또한 TNS3 siRNA 조성물은 ICE(이포스파미드, 카보플라틴, 에토포시드) 항암제와의 병용 사용 시에, 특히 제1형 신경섬유종증 악성종양의 성장 억제와 치료에 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
