The method of manufacturing the dental and medical ultrasonic tip mayinclude:providing a molding mixture including powder； manufacturing an intermediatemolded objectby injecting the molding mixture so as to integrally form a tip body and aplurality of tipprotrusions protruded from the tip body； and sintering the intermediate moldedobject. Thetip body and the plurality of tip protrusions may be formed using the samematerial, and theplurality of tip protrusions may be closely arranged on a substantiallypolished portion of thetip body.
