PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for therapy which is made to be thin.SOLUTION: A treatment device for therapy which treats a biological tissue by heating comprises: a first high frequency electrode 110 as a heat transfer plate an electric resistance pattern 134 and a high heat conduction heat-resistance adhesion sheet 120. The first high frequency electrode 110 transfers heat to the biological tissue by contacting therewith at a first principal plane among the first principal plane and a second principal plane forming the front and back sides. The electric resistance pattern 134 is formed on an insulative base plate 132 and generates heat by feeding electric power thereto. The high heat conduction heat-resistance adhesion sheet 120 bonds the second principal plane of the first high frequency electrode 110 and the electric resistance pattern 134 and transfers the heat generated from the electric resistance pattern 134 to the first high frequency electrode 110.
