The present invention provides direct blend formulations comprising 3-chloro-4-(6- hydroxyquinolin-2-yl)benzoic acid. Additionally, the present invention is directed to a method of treating or lessening the severity of cystic fibrosis in a patient, comprising the step of stabilizing the CFTR protein both in the cell and at the cell membrane by administering to said patient an effective amount of an inhibitor of S-nitrosoglutathione reductase (GSNOR).La présente invention concerne des formulations de mélange direct comprenant de l'acide 3-chloro-4-(6-hydroxyquinoléine-2-yl)benzoïque.
