PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a measurement condition to obtain a photoacoustic image, which cannot be optimized by a conventional art of generating a reconstitution image with a cycle of a refresh rate of a display device.SOLUTION: A photoacoustic apparatus according to this invention irradiates a subject with light with a first cycle, averages reception signals obtained by the irradiation, generates reconstitution image data by a frame rate of a second cycle on the basis of an averaged signal, and converts a display rate of an image based on the reconstitution image data generated by the frame rate of the second cycle to a frame rate of a third cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 表示装置のリフレッシュレートの周期で再構成画像を生成する従来技術では、光音響画像を取得する測定条件を、最適にすることはできなかった。【解決手段】 本発明に係る光音響装置は、被検体に第一の周期で光を照射し、照射により得られる受信信号を加算平均し、加算平均された信号を基に第二の周期のフレームレートで再構成画像データを生成し、さらに、前記第二の周期のフレームレートで生成された再構成画像データに基づく画像の表示レートを、第三の周期のフレームレートに変換する。【選択図】 図1
