The system includes a display presenting a plurality of images representing corneal implants, a laser assembly outputting a pulsed laser beam, and a control unit coupled to the laser assembly and display. The control unit directs the laser assembly to produce a cavity in the cornea via the pulsed laser beam in response to a selected image, and the cavity receives a corneal implant corresponding to the selected image.
