To provide a posture correction tool that can reduce discomfort given to a user, by preventing the occurrence of wrinkles of garments and the bite of a shoulder belt in the front side of a user's body.SOLUTION: A posture correction tool 10 includes: two shoulder belts 1 to which base ends are connected； an adjustment band 2 connected to tips of the shoulder belts 1； and an insertion member 3 connected to connecting portions of the shoulder belts 1 and having the adjustment band 2 inserted thereto. The shoulder belt 1 is constituted of a stretchable elastic material part 1b and a non-stretchable non-elastic material part 1a arranged in the tip side. A locked part 1f capable of locking a locking part 2f is provided on an outer face of the non-elastic material part 1a. The insertion member 3 is arranged in a user's back. The shoulder belts 1, 1 are wound forward from an upper part of user's both shoulders. The adjustment band 2 is inserted into the insertion member 3.
