A light occlusion system of blood vessel segments, the system comprising: a) a single-lobe metal expandable body (100, 150) comprising: a distal zone (202); a proximal zone (208) generally opposite the distal zone (202); an intermediate zone (206) that forms a transition from the distal zone (202) to the proximal zone (208); a central axis (212) extending proximally-distally between the proximal zone (208) and the distal zone (202); and a wall (102) generally extending continuously through the intermediate zone (206) from the distal zone (202) to the proximal zone (208) to define an outer surface of the expandable body (100, 150) and an inner surface of the expandable body, the inner surface defining a central recess (108) of the expandable body; wherein the expandable body is configured to expand from a delivery configuration to an expanded configuration; b) a supply catheter (300, 400) comprising: a longitudinally extending body and comprising a proximal end and a distal end generally opposite the proximal end, the distal end of the supply catheter (300, 400) being operatively coupled to the proximal area (208) of the expandable body (100, 150); c) in which, when the expandable body (100, 150) is in a delivery configuration, the wall (102) adopts a folded configuration comprising a plurality of folds (3600) bent clockwise with with respect to the central axis or in a counterclockwise direction with respect to the central axis to form a folded area of the expandable body; d) wherein the supply catheter (300, 400) includes a hollow cylindrical member defining a light (312) to allow passage of a fluid medium from the proximal end of the supply catheter (300, 400) to the end distal of the delivery catheter (300, 400) and into the central recess (108) of the expandable body (100, 150); e) in which the passage of a fluid medium from the proximal end of the supply catheter (300, 400) into the central hollow (108) of the expandable body may result in the expansion of the
