The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating neuropathic pain containing GABA nerve cells differentiated and induced by treating adipose tissue-derived stem cells with CBM-1078 as an active ingredient. Specifically, when the GABA nerve cells of the present invention, which are differentiated and induced by treating ATSCs with CBM-1078, are transplanted into an animal with neuropathic pain, the neuroprotective and neuroregenerative functional roles are identified, and thus the GABA nerve cells can be used as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating neuropathic pain.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention et le traitement de la douleur neuropathique, contenant des cellules nerveuses GABA différenciées et induites par le traitement de cellules souches issues du tissu adipeux par CMB-1078 comme principe actif. En particulier, lorsque les cellules nerveuses GABA de la présente invention, qui sont différenciées et induites par le traitement de ATSC par CBM-1078, sont transplantées dans un animal présentant une douleur neuropathique, les rôles fonctionnels neuroprotecteur et neurogénérateur sont identifiés et ainsi les cellules nerveuses GABA peuvent être utilisées comme principe actif dans une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention et le traitement de la douleur neuropathique.본 발명은 지방조직유래줄기세포에 CBM-1078을 처리함으로써 분화 유도된 GABA성 신경세포를 유효성분으로 포함하는 신경성 통증 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명의 ATSCs에 CBM-1078을 처리함으로써 분화유도된 GABA성 신경세포를 신경성 통증 동물에 이식하였을 때, 신경보호적 및 신경재생 기능적 역할을 확인하였으므로, 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 신경성 통증 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물로 이용할 수 있다.
