PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the elasticity and firmness of the skin by breaking polymers in a plant-derived natural fat such as olive oil into low molecules by means of such as a shock wave and then producing a fat containing the low molecules with the size of 25 nm or less as the main ingredient for the improvement of skin permeability, swelling of cells on the surface of the skin, and promotion of blood flow.SOLUTION: A cosmetic fat contains a natural fat derived from plants, which is included in the quasi-drug additive list in the Japanese Standards of Quasi-drug Ingredients 2006, and passes through a membrane filter with a hole diameter of 25 nm, the passing molecules in which account for 50 wt.% or more of the fat.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
