A culture apparatus includes a box, a light-guiding device, a regulator disposed in the box, a culture platform and a rolling member for facilitating the movement of the box. The box includes at least one outer door panel composed of an opaque material, at least one inner door panel composed of a transparent material and disposed on an inner side of the outer door panel and hinged thereto, and a chamber accessible through the outer door panel and the inner door panel from the exterior. The light-guiding device is mounted onto the outer door panel and used for guiding the ambient light into the chamber. The culture platform is removably disposed within the chamber and used for carrying a plurality of living cells. The regulator includes a temperature regulating unit for temperature regulation of the chamber and a humidity regulating unit for humidity regulation of the chamber.
