A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 100 mass parts of a hydrogenated block copolymer (a), 3-50 mass parts of a polypropylene resin (b), 5-100 mass parts of a polyphenylene ether resin (c), and 50-200 mass parts of a non-aromatic softening agent (d), wherein the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer containing at least one polymer block (A) in which the main constituent is a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon compound monomer unit, and at least one polymer block (B) in which the main constituent is a conjugated diene compound monomer unit, and wherein the weight average molecular mass of the hydrogenated block copolymer (a) is 100,000-350,000.本發明之熱塑性彈性體組合物包含氫化嵌段共聚物(a)100質量份、聚丙烯系樹脂(b)3~50質量份、聚苯醚樹脂(c)5~100質量份、及非芳香族系軟化劑(d)50~200質量份,上述氫化嵌段共聚物(a)係將包含以至少1個乙烯基芳香族烴化合物單體單元作為主體之聚合物嵌段A、及以至少1個共軛二烯化合物單體單元作為主體之聚合物嵌段B的嵌段共聚物進行氫化而獲得之氫化嵌段共聚物,上述氫化嵌段共聚物(a)之重量平均分子量為100,000~350,000。
