PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: since a conventional perspiration amount detecting system has a hard humidity sensor, when a person sleeps thereon, the humidity sensor abuts on the body and hinders sleep a perspiration amount is detected only a place where the humidity sensor is arranged so as to make a detection accuracy low and there is required a step of attaching the humidity sensor to sheets or a mattress in order to construct the perspiration amount detecting system.SOLUTION: A perspiration amount detecting sheets of the present invention is a perspiration amount detecting sheets which comprises a laminated product in which a first cloth, a water absorbing material, and a second cloth are laminated in this order, and conductive threads which stitch the laminated product in a lattice-like state. The water absorbing material is a material in which at least one of an electric resistance value and a dielectric constant changes through water absorption, and the conductive threads which form a lattice are electrically insulated from each other in intersection points of the lattice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の発汗量検出システムには、湿度センサが硬いために人間がその上に寝ると湿度センサが体に当たり睡眠を妨げられる。
