The present invention relates to a portable handheld device capable of detecting physiological status, wherein a pulsation sensor module is disposed on skin of human body, the pulsation sensor module generates a light to irradiate human skin for generating a reflectance light, and based on the reflectance light to measure the pulse of the human body to generate a sensor signal. A signal transformation unit coupled with the pulsation sensor module to transform the sensor signal to an audio signal, a processor unit coupled with the signal transformation unit. A processor unit demodulates and processes the audio signal, and generates at least one physiological signal for the portable handheld device to display the physiological signal, and thus acquiring the physiological status of the human body. In this way, by connecting the pulsation sensor module and the portable handheld device, the present invention enables the user to measure at any time, thus increasing the ease of use, and by using the signal transformation unit to transform the sensor signal generated by the pulsation sensor module into the audio signal, the digital-analog converter unit can be eliminated in order to reduce the size of the pulsation sensor module.本發明係有關於一種可偵測生理狀態之可攜式手持裝置,其由一脈動感測模組設置於一人體之一皮膚,脈動感測模組產生一光線並照射皮膚而產生一反射光,且依據反射光感測該人體之脈搏,產生一感測訊號。一訊號轉換單元耦接脈動感測模組,並轉換感測訊號為一音頻訊號,處理單元耦接訊號轉換單元。一處理單元解調並處理音頻訊號,而產生至少一生理訊號,以供可攜式手持裝置顯示生理訊號而得知人體之生理狀態。如此,本發明係藉由將脈動感測模組與可攜式手持裝置連接,而讓使用者可隨時進行量測,進而增加使用方便性,並藉由訊號轉換單元轉換脈動感測模組所產生之感測訊號為音頻訊號,而可減少使用一數位類比轉換單元,以減少脈動感測模組的體積。
