An optical measurement device includes a light source with one or more wavelengths, configured to illuminate an area of tissue, a detector configured to capture the light reflecting from the tissue at the one or more illumination wavelengths, a processor configured to compute, based on the detected signal, one or more estimates of tissue vascular health, and a display or communication device (e.g., electronic data transfer) configured to store or report the tissue vascular health.
