PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which although steel-plate-lined heat insulation panels are used as wall materials of various buildings, there are serious problems in terms of sanitation as an injurious inset or harmful animal may enter a cattle shed, or a factory, a warehouse, etc., where foods are handled or as the steel-plate-lined heat insulation panels may get moldy when the conventional steel-plate-lined heat insulation panels are used as wall materials thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a steel-plate-lined heat insulation panel having a rectangular plate type heat insulating material 12 which has a thickness T, a width W larger than the thickness T, and a length L larger than the width W, and steel plates 14 fitted to both thickness-directional sides of the heat insulation material 12, the heat insulation material 12 containing at least one kind selected from the group of an insect repellent, a mildewproof agent, and an oxygen absorber.
