PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welfare vehicle which has a high degree of flexibility in the shape and the size of a wheel chair capable of being fixed, and also is structured so that a tying belt does not become an obstacle when using a vehicle chamber space even though the wheel chair is fixed: and to provide a belt guide.SOLUTION: A welfare vehicle includes: a tying belt 31 tying a wheel chair 20 placed on a placing space 11a of a vehicle chamber floor 11 a vehicle body coupling part 32 for coupling the tying belt 31 to the vehicle body and a belt guide 40 fixed to the vehicle chamber floor 11 and regulating the disposition of the tying belt between the vehicle coupling part 32 and the wheel chair 20 by inserting the tying belt 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
